I went to Little Apple Cellular Repair to get a couple of iPhone batteries replaced. Jonathan was so helpful and easy to work with. He gave me a very reasonable time window in which they would be done and ready for pickup and sent a text to let me know when to head back. Great communication and the phones were done very quickly. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m very happy with how they’ve been working since. Great quality and service

Took my iPhone in for a screen repair, service was great and fast. He seems to know what he’s doing and has good customer service. My only issue is just after. 2 weeks later I dropped my phone for the first time and the screen went completely black. When I brought this to his attention he apologized and said he was out of town and couldn’t fix it until Monday, the situation happened on a Saturday. I just feel like I shouldn’t have to go all weekend without a phone because of a faulty repair....and the website says he makes appointments on Saturdays. Lastly, when I took my phone there he said that he was using the same screens that the other repair places were using but this is not true. I know this because when I had the issue fixed by the opposite phone repair place they told me that the replacement screen I had was one that they USED to use awhile ago but stopped because it was cheaper and had too many issues. So that explained a lot. The service is great, but you get what you pay for in my opinion!
Wonderful and welcoming place! Jonathan will make sure he gets you situated and make the reason you came to him his top priority. He gives himself a task and accomplishes it thoroughly. I came to him for help with my 3D printing and not only did he spend time explaining to me the best plan of actions to get my printing under control, he also allowed me to bring it in and walk me though the possible reasons for the issues that I was having. Absolutely amazing service, he squeezed me into his schedule and had my phone screen repaired in less than an hour. He is a very honest amazing character, didn’t get to leave a tip with my card when paying, will be returning Monday to give him a cash tip. Very pleased with my experience!
Took an IPhone XR in for a screen repair. Excellent service and fast repair. Very upfront with fees. Also left a laptop to be repaired.
Went in with a friend, everything was great. My friend had an older laptop with issues, I felt the advice given was perfect and made sense. More important to me was the courtesy and evident professionalism displayed. My friend was assisted by a Paragon of Patience, a true Connoisseur of Customer Service, a fine example of a small business owner. I highly recommend Little Apple Cellular Repair if you need work done on your electronics.
When I called to get an estimate for a repair, John recommended I first check to see if I was covered under my manufacturer's warranty. This ended up being the case, saving me hundreds of dollars. John did what was right for me, even if it meant not getting my business at the moment. I will remember his high level of integrity in the future!
My daughter’s iPhone 6 stopped recognizing that it was plugged in to charge. I contacted Little Apple Cellular repair on Facebook and received a prompt reply including options and an initial quote for service. Her father took her to the shop, and John discovered the phone had lint buildup that caused the charger cords to not have a good connection. John was friendly, professional and didn’t charge to clean out the charger port. I’ll definitely be coming back to him with any phone issues we have in the future.
