Just like anywhere else there are some people who are amazing and truly care and provide outstanding service for their patients and then there are the ones who do this for a pay check. We went to family therapy there when i was a child the therapist told my mom I was jealous of her new marriage and to ignore the problems and let him and I work it out...the truth was the man was abusing me in everyday possible and I was not \jealous\ but needed help Years later I went back as an adult because someone that had worked my childhood abuse case raved about one of their therapists. She was amazing and helped me so much. Since she retired I have had no luck and won't use Pawnee anymore due to bad experience after bad experience.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!! Canceling my service TODAY! They refuse to give me my refill medicine that I’ve already been taking for years. Refuse to send information to my therapist even though I have signed over 5, yes 5, release of information documents. And they WILL overcharge you every month. They will waste you time and money. Honestly? This place needs to be investigated. It’s being corrupt. Please look at the other reviews, this crooked establishment has a pattern.

This place is THIEVES! THIEVES! THIEVES. I PAID IN FULL Last November 2019. Now they send me a bill after 7 month that needs to be paid. An amount that I haven't seen before and I don't even know what kind of service. My advice to you don't go tbere, these people don't know what they are doing.

Was told by the Junction City location to go to manhattan as a walk in because they were fully booked out until the end of December. The first time I tried to come in as a walk in, the person to see walk ins didn’t come in that day. They said to come back Monday. I came back today (Monday) at opening (8:00am) and said it was a walk in. They told me their next appointment was 9:30. I waited an hour before they pulled me back into admissions to tell me they can’t see me because I don’t live in Manhattan. They already read the paperwork I filled out that I NEEDED help. I honestly started to cry in the admissions office and she didn’t even look at me. They don’t care.

Make sure you get your receipts. I payed everything all summer cash and figured why do I need a receipt. According to them I didnt pay a single penny all summer. They are thieves who take advantage of people who do this. Worse company ever!!!!! THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES
