I was in much need of a haircut since I had been avoiding it during this pandemic. I appreciated everyone was wearing masks and was distanced away from each other. My hair cut was great and my hair looks so much better! I was able to get some Redken shampoo and conditioner for a great deal too and a free makeup item!

My hair extensions are so badly placed and blended that i’ve avoided wearing my hair down. When i wear my hair up, you can see the tape ins. It’s just terrible and really embarrassing. I paid over 800 for these and it looks like a mullet. Update: The salon called me based on my review here and offered to have someone to fix my extensions as a complimentary service. I accepted this offer, but i called the next day to see who the stylist was. Not only did they scheduled me with the same person who destroyed my extensions, but they told me i would have to pay. After going back and forth with the front desk they finally let me cancel without paying. Even tho the service was complimentary. . .

This was the first time I have ever had my hair done professionally and Madison by far made it the BEST experience. She was so sweet and she was very educational when we were going over cuts and styles. Answered every question I had. I was ecstatic when I looked in the mirror when I was done that it looked exactly like the picture I wanted. The salon was so clean and they are very thorough with their sanitizing. The atmosphere was so welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. All of the girls there make you feel right at home. I would DEFINITELY recommend this salon especially if this is the first time you are getting your hair done.

I had a haircut and color done. I enjoyed my haircut but the beautician did not use a hair color made to last on grey hair. I mentioned to her red does not last in my hair because after 2 washes it’ll be gone. I requested a blue black or a dark plum black. She colored my hair a maroon color but noticed it wasn’t holding the color and too light. She added a blue gloss to it which made it dark. But after 1 wash it started to wash out the color and show the grey hair. I contacted the establishment twice in 2 days to discuss this and was told by the phone receptionist they don’t know when my complaint will be reviewed and when I’ll be contacted. This is poor customer service if I ever seen it. I should not have to post a bad review when it should have been done more professionally. Edit: April did a fantastic job on fixing my hair color on those stubborn grey hair! Amaryca did a great job on the pixie cut! It took the office 2 days to return a phone call but was able to get me in the next day to repair the color....thank you I love it and look forward to my next appointment.

Mary is awesome! She always listens to my needs and wants and offers her expert advice. My hair always turns out beautifully! She colored and cut my daughters hair, which made me so nervous. But she helped me relax and did an amazing job.
