I placed an on-line order to be picked up at the Rally House in Aggieville. The item arrived at the store quickly. I used their curbside pick-up and the service was really fast and friendly. The shirt I ordered was perfect.

Huge selection of K-State gear, from jackets to pants and everything in between. If you need something to represent your love of K-State or the state of Kansas this is the place to go. Prices range from somewhat cheap to expensive depending on the product. Store is well stocked and the staff is always friendly.

This Rally House has exceptional customer service. I do not have a Rally House near us, but they became my favorite store based off of a recent experience. I was trying to track down a jersey for my husband for his birthday. I looked all over online but everywhere was out of the kind I wanted. I came across the Rally House website, but the jersey I wanted was "In Store" only. I then used the store locator. I have family in Topeka, but they were out of stock there, so I tried Manhattan knowing that I could get it from their as well. The website stated 'Limited Availability", so I called. I told the friendly gal who answered the phone that I lived over 2 hours away from Manhattan and the jersey I wanted. She apologized and said a new policy wouldn't let her take an order over the phone, and she didn't believe they actually had what I was looking for in stock. She checked her system for both Manhattan and Topeka and both were out of stock. She then took down my information and said she would see what she could do. I received a call first thing the next morning, and she had tracked down a store in the Kansas City area that had the jersey in stock. They were unable to mail it to the Topeka store, but one of the workers from the KC store would be traveling to Topeka and could drop it off there. My family was able to pick it up there within just days of me calling, and I received the exact jersey I wanted in time for my husband's birthday. I was blown away at the customer service I received, and I will be shopping from Rally House again. Thank you so much for all you did Rally House in Manhattan. Your customer service is above and beyond, and you just won over a lifetime shopper.
