Rothwell came highly recommended by our trusted neighbors. We vetted many different companies, but we were excited about this one because of their reputation serving our neighborhood. It took them over 1 month to get back to us, after making multiple follow up calls to them requesting a consult. We were able to get ahold of them and they came out to our home to give us an estimate, then another month goes by and we hear nothing. I was persistent with phone calls, because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt due to many businesses navigating the changes due to covid-19. I won’t pursue work with this company again. We are now working with a local company who has been very responsive in communication and follow up. I’m just happy to finally get a quote for services we requested.
