It could not have been worse. They lied, the supervisor hid in the back hoping I would leave, finally he came out at 7 pm and lied more. Their tracking showed my package arrived in Manhattan on 2/4 at 5:59 Am and went out for delivery 2/5. Never was delivered. Supervisor tried to say it was returned to the shipper in California last week disputing their own tracking. Asked for a print out to show that, he refused leaving me in a closed lobby where I waited one hour for that untrue explanation. The counter man even said he could not believe the horrible customer service hiding from me.

Never have I had customer experience like this. I have been getting the run around from 3 different employees. There was a 102lb package delivered to my house and it must have been leaned up against my porch column which gave way due to the weight. I started the complaint process on the 30th of December and it is now the 15th of January and nothing has been done. I have been given the run around since day one. They have continued to say they did not receive my pictures time and time again so I finally asked them their location and delivered them by hand along with my contact information. Not once have I ever received a call back. I have always been the one to have to reach out to see what's being done. One employee tried to tell me that the "physics of it" doesn't make it likely that it took out the column. Another employee said she "closed the case" since she couldn't reach me or hasn't heard from me though I have called nearly everyday. The third employee has my pictures as she admitted to me on the phone that none have them have been comunicating. I finally asked for a manager and was told it wouldn't do any good but can try. When I insisted I was then told the manager said I will have to speak to the same people and "work my way up". I finally reached out to the 1-800 number again.... and filed yet another complaint. All I was looking for in the beginning was a sincere apology and reassurance that they would be more careful. Now I am going to keep contacting different people until this is fixed. Will without a doubt avoid using UPS in the future.

Packets take all day to get delivered. I have to stay home all day instead of having a two hour timeframe to receive my package. I'd expect a reliable employee to let me know how far out my package is if it's going to be all day but I guess that's the caliber of people working there.

Shipped shotgun to FFL! The folks at the customer care center helped me ship a shotgun to a dealer for repair. If you've never dealt with this before, it can be a major hassle and UPS took care of it without any issue. Gun needs to be in a case and inside a carboard box (can't buy a box at the customer care center but can get it packaged at a regular UPS store).
