Office staff originally stated the would refund me for stolen laundry on their property suds yr duds then offered me 8 dollars as compensation for 500 dollars plus of laundry. Then tells me she didn’t save the video from the theft, oops. Also their was feces all over the bathroom and used needles on the ground inside the laundry mat the place disgusting and run down.

I spent five years with Wildcat Property Management and loved my time there. The landlords Genie and Calvin are great people who are always available to help. The office manager Christel and head of maintenance Tony will both go out of their way to help you with any problems in a timely manner. I would gladly rent from Wildcat Property Management again if I return to Manhattan.

I live in this building and the quality of service and availability of management is great Christel is the nicest and most subtle landlord I’ve ever had. Would recommend to anyone. I commute to Fort Riley daily and my drive is about 20 minutes give or take

Management originally seemed cordial. Our laundry was stolen from the Suds ‘yr Duds laundromat. Originally stated we would receive compensation for our laundry that was stolen because the owner has done this in the past refunding 300 worth of laundry. She insisted that everything would be fine and that we wait until the owner came back into town and things would be settled. Police were contacted in which they stated they would get video footage, yet the manager or whomever is on duty there stated the cameras did not work in the facility. So not only are we without 500 worth of laundry, we have to replace it all ourselves. Owner and manager should at least be on the same page about what to do in the case of multiple persons’ laundry with stolen laundry. Manager even said herself it’s happening more frequently yet there aren’t signs nor anything has been done to inform users of the laundromat what is going on as well as preventative measures.

Wildcat Property Management was my landlord for a commercial space on Anderson Ave for 2 or 3 years. They were great. I would highly recommend leasing from them.
