Poor customer service at Leeds centre, you get hanged up when you have a problem, however when you call to pay there is always someone to assist right away! Usual auction tricks, even for regular customers. Shame as other centres like Birmingham or Northampton that I use provide excellent service.
Staff are pretty helpful.. Getting vehicles out of there on time is another thing...lol
