They should close shop. Basically you hire them if you don't ever want to receive your package. In my case, my package arrived in the country last 11/14/2018. It was written in the status that it was out for delivery on 11/15 - failed. Sent an email to customer support and got a reply of assurance that my package will be delivered. Then 11/16 - failed again. So I called them up to ask what was the problem which they couldn't answer and told me to wait for it in the next few days. They asked for my address and contact number again just to make sure that it's right. 11/17 - another delivery attempt failed. I was home the whole day, even received packages from different couriers. 11/19 - another delivery attempt failed. I called them up again to ask for the status and told me to wait for the delivery (no exact date, they said they can't make promises. WTF!?) I don't think they were even trying. 11/22 came i check for status and accdg. to their website they brought it back to the sender/warehouse. Talk about incompetence.
