We don't recommend this condo dorm. Sobrang bastos ng manager. Very two faced. Also, they don't have a sub-meter. When we ask for the bill to show our parents ayaw nila bigyan kahit photo.

This place needs to change their manager, Corrie Alcancia. The attitude is trash. The same goes with the guard, MJ. Have offended so many clients already. Reads the meralco bill themselves because they have no submeter. Does not even want us to grab a copy of the meralco bill itself. Also changes house rules often. The same guard have insulted us by asking for our id or our parents id when my friend's mom visited. Aside from that, when we came back to pay for the bills after transferring our things to our friends place, they have insulted my friend by saying that \Magbabayad ata. Kung magbabayad.

Una at pinakamalaking problema e yung nagmamanage sa dorm. Napakatoxic!! Wala kang ibang sasabihin kasi dapat sya yung tama. At inaaway or sinisigawan nya yung mga guard and staffs kahit may mga tenants na andun. For what para masabing superior sya? Kahit may kasalanan sila dapat nagaacct sya professionally. Mura yung dorm compared sa iba. Pero mapapamura ka din bec of the bills hahahaha. Ang hirap din iquestion kasi wala kang matinong sagot or wala ka talagang sagot na makukuha. Maganda yung dorm pero napakapangit ng mgt. CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT PARA MABUHAY YUNG DORM!!!!

Boo. This place needs new management if you want it to survive. Short tempered manager (Connie Alcancia), can't even answer queries without raising her voice. Very unprofessional. Magaling lang pag maniningil. Letse libag!! PS. Mahuli sana kadayaan nyo sa electricity and water bills. Mga ganid!!
