Historic and well located. I'd love an office here.

One of the historic buildings in escolta which recently celebrated its 100th year. Built in 1918, it has survived World War II and has housed prominent local and foreign businesses through the years. Its still fully operational today and is also acknowledged as the first establishment to have an elevator in the country. You would definitely feel it's rich history as you walk through its wooden halls. The admin office also houses rare artifacts. A must place to visit in Escolta.
I can't remember the last time
