Place is undiciplined No social distancing is being implemented Many children and under 20 years old are outside that seems no pandemic is happening Most of the kids are not wearing masks nor faceshield Police and barangay doesn't mind them at all eventhough they are at the vicinity and seeing the kids roam around like it is just a normal situation #IskoMoreno

The public market was very populous despite the city being under GCQ. Social distancing was not properly observed and people were careless without wearing proper face masks and face shields despite the law being put to order.
