The entrance that leads to Grammix is along Apacible St, NOT along Taft. It looks like you're entering a condemned building, or a set from a post-apocalytic horror movie. Walk up the ancient stairway to the 2nd floor and it's right there, you can't miss it. The \store\ is just a counter and some cabinets where they store their ingredients and supplies. But they do have what you need, from liquid smoke flavoring to phosphate and nitrates needed for curing meats. They also sell a little booklet on meat processing, which contains a lot of recipes, explains how to use the different ingredients, and provides sample costing and profitability analysis for a few recipes. It's probably best to call in advance and make sure they have everything in stock but they seemed to have everything on their pricelist the one time I dropped by.
