Come to find out the lady we used to deal with Carol has retired but we still came back esp when they released this promo with Korean Airlines even if it would take days to get a response. I have an email trail of delayed response and awful email etiquette from Emily, Rhea and Melva. I finally called and spoke to Emily on the phone and she tells me the promo is no longer available and it was pulled off and canceled. False publicity is more like it. We speak for a while and she says she will keep looking and let me know when something comes up. I didn't hear anything from her so I send an and follow up, nothing. I send another email to follow up 6 days later and she reply without a quote but saying I can't get lower rates on the travel dates I need and send her specific dates for rates. When I told her she has the 2 dates already she replies in all caps telling me its simple, just tell the dates and etc. And if the promo is available I can take advantage of it, all in caps. She just said it wasn't available and was pulled out! . If corporate sees this I can forward the whole email trail of rudeness, false publicity aND unprofessionalism. Kapwa Filipino pa naman.
