The librarians and some facilitators are VERY NOISY. They are chitchatting and don't apply what silence in the library is how should be. If you are for research purposes, then it is reliable but if you are to study, highly not recommended.

I have high hopes for this library. I hope the government acknowledges it.
This small, nondescript library next to the main entrance of Colegio de Santa Isabel is where you get your fix on hard-to-find books and journal clippings on the City of Manila. The staff is warm, friendly, and very helpful. My only wish is for the collections to be catalogued for easier access. Note that college students frequent this place for tgeur studies, but the reading room has the comforts of air-conditioning and comfortable though basic seating. You are allowed to take photos of the reading materials in the absence of a photocopier.
