went to get travel pass. 1st time to go to inquire. front desk personel is not accommodating or not friendly 2nd time to go to process . the trainee police process my requirements. accommodating. but need to improve in receiving people. they were quick to process travel pass.

No one is answering the phone. I tried several times to report my neighbors who are still karaoke-ing even though it's already 1am and it's still a weekday but to no avail. I hope they can assign someone who can take calls even at midnight.
