Central Europe express May 2016 (group of 9) - from the start Edna was very accommodating in areanging our requests. Our tour leader Dyna was great! Multi did a great job in scheduling our trips to avoid the rush times and long queues. Their choice of hotels and restaurants were fantastic. Local flavor with good quality.. Will definitely use Multi again for our next trip!

what traveller babes said was so true. she actually nailed it. but there are still a lot unsaid. poor service and arrogance of staff. treated their travellers like illiterate and inexperienced travellers. travelled with them once and neverrr again!!!!
5/31/16 The recent trip to the British Isles was unsatisfactory. Poor time management by tour leader Eric Hernandez. We started out late everyday, miss and skip out on a lot of places in our itinerary and left without a tour guide on several places leaving us to just take some pictures and read on our own, stayed too long on places and wasted time on long lunches. Every place we miss out was a savings for them on entrance fees and guided tours which were already payed in full before the trip. Before the end of the day, we were always rushing on time to get to the next location. Believe it or not, we even miss Stonehenge, one of the highlights of the trip because we were late to get there and we were not let in after long hours of travel. We could only take pictures from afar along the road as we move on to London, we still have yet to receive our refunds for the entrance. Even in London we felt rushed, we did a city tour and left with no time to even do some shopping. Overall, the trip was a total disappointment, do not believe the wonderfully written itinerary. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone who inquires about them.
Hello to everyone, google friends and facebook people!! I have some friends who joined the Multidestination Travel Agency (Ermita, Manila) to the British Isles last May 2016. it was terrible disaster. they said from the beginning of the trip in Ireland and the places that was written were not seen and cancelled (about 70% of it are poof!!! ). Then to Scotland and Wales were given a grade of fair because about 20% were missed. then to England, again all the places written in their IT were either cancelled or just look only. they said the IT says go to palace/castle, but since did not pay the entrance, they went to the gardens and take pictures na lang. the tour director would say \at least I tried\. then Stonehenge, they saw that too from the highway and took pictures; but IT says see and visit. Terrrrible. this agency is a big joke. be careful for those wanting to join. DO NOT EVER!!!
