Stayed inside for 3 hours. It was just a regular mani-pedi, no special services or whatsoever. I actually was scheduled at 10am. I made sure to arrive at the agreed time, and so I did. When I arrived, they still have the \Closed\ sign, the seats were on top of the chairs, and one lady was cleaning the floor. So fast forward to 10:20am. As I saw them getting busy with walkins, I called one of the ladies and told them I was scheduled at 10am. They told me that they are still getting the tools sterilized. At 10:25, they gave me a foot soak, then 10 mins after, they started to foil my nails to remove my gel polish. At 10:50am, the lady doing my nails decided to buy stuff at the mall. When she started cleaning my toes, it was past 11:00am. I was originally set to have a mani-gel and a pedi, but I don't want to waste more time, so I decided to have the regular mani and pedi. After 3 hours, I was done and decided to talk to Rosa, the manager. I kept a low-toned voice just to keep the conversation between me and Rosa. However, one of the manicurist, decides to listen in. Anyway, the manager told me that the reason they attended to the walk in first, is that their requested service is easier than mine. Which is unacceptable since I was the one who has the appointment. All the walk ins were serviced first before me. She's actually telling me what and why that happened but it is all unacceptable. Sounds like she is just making excuses. Also, Rosa apologized without looking at me. Please do something about it.

I was at the Salon 7pm for Manicure , pedicure and foot spa. The Salon has 10 seats.. only 2 were occupied, they let me wait for 15 mins before the therapist did the footspa.. after 30 minutes, nobody came out to do the manicure n pedicure. I asked the footspa therapist, is there no manicurista, she said there are still 4 inside.. Calling the owners attention... Is this how u do business???
