It is under renovation now. I hope they'll finish it soon because visitors are fitting on very small rooms and interior is like an abandoned building. This should be world-class service as this will reflect how we take care of education and research. Good thing is the ID can be claimed point of applicstion.

Unfortunately the library was closed for visitors and tourists in the period that I stayed in Manila. The staff was kind and helpful. They permitted me to just get in and take some pictures from far without disturbing. It looked to me like a clean , quiet and ordinate place for reading books and doing some research.

The only Government-run establishment that made me reach the highest satisfaction from the gate, the smiling people around accomodating us, the books were updated, the clean and calm surroundings plus the technology that they offer to easily locate the books you need. Thumbs up for a job well done NLP !!! ️ Now I have the perfect place to visit in manila ️️️

Being here was really awesome. A lot of references were in here. If you're finding a tons of books that you need for your thesis, there's no other place to go but here. It is highly recommended since there's a lot of collection of materials in here. Anything you're looking for, you will surely find it here. The book are well-organized and there are some people that will assist you to find what you are looking. You can go there for academic or research purposes, it's the best place to find answers to your questions.
