The worst service ever!!!! Don't ever attempt to avail the services of this company. They dont take client's calls. You will totally be helpless. Attempt should be made to close down this company.

Highly not recommended for Car Insurance, 2 months and 3 weeks still no response with the Claims Department. Worst of the worst. This insurance should be investigated and be close ASAP. You are just squeezing money from the people.

I am Mr. Jonafe Jon Lomboy Magbanua from Olongapo City. I am seeking assistance to please kindly help me with my Car Insurance Claim. My Car Insurance is being handled by Mr. Noel Fajardo of People's General Insurance of Pampanga. The Car has been damage by a big Century Tree that fell to it in the midst of the Super Typhoon Ulysses last 12 November 2020. The car has been accepted by Toyota Subic last 14 November 2020 and the complete required documents were submitted by Toyota Subic to Mr. Noel Fajardo last 18 November 2020. I am contacting Mr. Noel Fajardo for a follow up but his mobile phone is only ringing and is not being answered. Its already almost two weeks since I have brought my Car to Toyota Subic for Car Insurance Claim but until now there is no clear status of the claim. Hoping for your kind assistance and help.

Don't ever make a mistake to get your car insurance here. My car was totaled last 2019. I was paid 6 months after despite that we've been calling their representative everyday (BEWARE OF THE ONE NAMED: Lani) She's all lies! Then after we've settled all the remaining loan and closed the account. They're still trying to deposit our remaining yearly cheques (TWICE IN 7 months). We requested to void or deliver us the pending cheques but no response from them. Can't even imagine that this company exist! #wickedpeople

Would give them a negative grade, if there are any. Filed a claim last November 2019, but until now, no response from them despite several follow-ups. I’ve decided to renew my coverage with another insurance company due to frustration.
