if there is a 0star i would have rate you even negative!! i ordered for a 39 cake but you delivered a cake worth 19 claiming that the cake which i ordered was phased out. i asked my family to check if the cake was indeed phased out, its not. thief! never again be fooled by this company!

They charged 31 for a cake that costs 10 when bought directly from the store. On top of that, they charged 10 for the delivery service. Given those hefty charges, I had high expectations. Birthday cake was delivered at 8pm when the 83 year-old celebrant was already about to go to bed. When I expressed my sentiments, all they could offer was an apology --- an apology for the rip-off.
1. Ordered a cake, no delivery, no response when proof of purchase/delivery time was asked for. 2. They do not allow fb reviews and have turned off commenting on their posts (you can see lots of angry reacts from people on their posts) 3. Google \philcake reviews\ and you will see tons of bad reviews from experienced customers explaining why it's a scam. 4. They pay good money for google ads to place them in the top search results (probably money stolen from the people they scam). 5. You will see the same problem being spoken of of their sister companies by the people they have scammed (pinasgift, philgrocer, pinasflower, expressflower, philperfume, qflora) 6. Will send you all kinds of copy-paste notifications when you first make the transaction, to have you believe that they are legit. TLDR: basically a scam.
My boyfriend ordered a cake for My Mom in the Philippines for Mother's Day. 1. They didn't deliver on the date they agreed on. 2. They deliver the wrong cake without asking if they can do it. They said cos it's out of stock. So unprofessional. If the one who ordered is living abroad, They should have send an email at least.
