Very beautiful flowers and amazing staff. Was looking for a company that could deliver to my girlfriend for me when I am out of the country and these guys done the job perfectly. The flowers I ordered were just like the picture and arrived on time. The customer service I received was really good, very helpful staff and I will definitely be using this service again.

So we were out of ideas on how to surprise our Boss with her Birthday. Our Main branch is in Manila and we're in Pampanga branch. I found this Gem and tried to place a cake and balloons! The Customer Service said that they're not sure what time it will be delivered and told them that it is an office. He said okay and I believed him. To our surprise, with the bad weather and traffic in Manila, they were able to deliver in the morning! If I could just tip the delivery guy, I would! Keep up your excellent service! 3 thumbs up! BTW, we have free lunch from her!

Thank you so much! My Sister-in-law was in labor and I placed an order , send it immediately. It was night in the Philippines when I placed it. I gave her address and forgot that they are still in the hospital the next day. Given the situation, they were able to deliver the goodies at the hospital with no complain and extra charge. I am so happy that they delivered it almost the same time our Princess came. Highly recommended!

Worst service ever , the balloon of the valantines gift I sent there was no air, and wrapping was horrible all dump in one bag and Curriered , even when I complained about it they didn't try to fix it even afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, don't waste your money .

I recently ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. I was having them delivered to her office, so I really wanted them to stand out. I ordered them online and quickly received a confirmation. The flowers arrived exactly as pictures and were phenomenal and my sister was blown away! I will always use PhilFlower for my future needs!
