The place is really nice . They let us stay in a room while waiting and there are some nice movie to watch and also where we eat and chit chat. Staff are very kind and are all doing their job such that they will get you into each process.

The venue is awesome and all of the staff is kind and accommodating. It could have been better if they have make up artists dedicated for men to lessen the waiting time. I was queued for more than 2hours and the HMU took only less than 5mins and the photoshoot was just less than 15mins. :)

The staff are nice and jolly. One thing I noticed is that they should change their make-up sponges per customer to be more sanitary. They should also apply a strict policy of first come first serve or just follow the schedule properly.
