It is utterly frustrating when a company that is associated with PANASONIC and ANSONS do not have a clue on what PROFESSIONAL SERVICE or DECENT HUMAN COURTESY means in a SERVICE INDUSTRY. I have tried several times to book my supposedly FREE INSTALLATION with them but their lack of PLANNING COORDINATION and COMMUNICATION must stem from the fact that although I paid ANSONS for the product, I am not the direct customer for ROCKFORD hence there is no need to deal with me in any respectable manner hence it is “okay” not to reply to my messages, take my calls, and hang up on me and ultimately just ignore me completely. This company has caused me to waste two whole days of my life waiting on their god forsaken presence. I would much rather have not purchased a single item if it meant that ROCKFORD would have to do the installation.

Before the Christmas break, I requested for someone to check on the water heater at home. Somebody did come and they discovered what was the problem. Lately I have been calling this company to follow up but there is not even a recorded message answering so I can know my options.

Has the worst customer service. I called their publish number for service request and I was passed around three (3) times and the last person to pick up the phone asked me to stay put for awhile. I stayed for 10 minutes but nobody's picking up the phone but I can hear background noises of people just chatting. What an incompetent company this is. I hope Panasonic revisits their partnership with this company as it gives them a bad reputation for post sales support of their product.
