Calling cashiers in sampaloc terminal! Be friendly! Show your smile.... be approachable at all times. You are assigned by the management to front costumers and not to be arrogant! Remember RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT. Your attitude shows how were you being teached by your parents.

Buses are easily filled especially at evening scheds. It's better to reserve a seat earlier. Waiting area is unairconditioned. Some staff are not friendly.
Fair enough. The cashiers are professional and they'll let you pick your seat unlike other bus companies. Their phone line is working and they answer immediately. Their waiting area is well ventilated with TV for entertainment purposes, just to kill your time.
I'm staying here..
Passengers (paying clients) are being treated like garbage here. Siga ang mga security and dispatchers especially this Jeremy Amiano. He even tried to have a fight with me. Ubod ng sinungaling at feeling may-ari ng kumpanya. Mukhang \high\ palagi. Is this how Victory Liner treat passengers? Maybe the management should look into this.
I like this terminal better than the one in Kamias. It feels more spacious. Or at least not as crowded as the one in Kamias. It also helps that the buses that are about to leave will park near the passengers' waiting area. There's also plenty of stores nearby if you want to eat or buy some last minute stuff you need. Be warned, though, the buses can be really cold. So bring a jacket or even a blanket!
Just followed my phone's gps to find this place by foot from university of santo Tomas hospital. It took me 15 -20 mins only. Beat the traffic.
