My experience with this Mercury oficial service is terrible . I dont know how a first class brand like Mercury gives his dealership to a company like Solanda . After more than 8 months and spending a lot of money for overhauling my Mercury engine i still have not a working condition engine. Customer service of this company is inexistent, they will never call u back . When you send emails about the situation of your engine , they never answer , they just will say that they didnt receive it . If you want to fix your engine , dont send it here ...you will waste your time and money and you just will get a piece of scrap on return . Im still waiting for a call back from them.
