Very responsive Driver . His name is Joshua. My items were picked up on time. Got free plastic in which to put the stuff for delivery. Prompt driver m, good job. He even gave his cellphone number for contact in case of problem. . Filed again another booking the next day , driver was on time. Hassle free. Will still patronize this courier again , shipping fee is very cheap of course, the downside being a 2-3 days delivery . My clients have agreed to a 2-3- day. delivery Thanks to my client who introduced Sonicexpress to me . My turn now to introduce this to my other client who wants a cheaper courier . Again thank you..... and more power !

I’ve been waiting for my parcel since last week and when I check my trucking number it says there that “4meet ups already in the hospital but the customer is unresponsive” I DONT EVEN RECEIVE A CALL, THERE WILL BE ALWAYS SOMEONE WHO WILL RECEIVED THE PACKAGE BECAUSE OUR DEPARTMENT IS OPERATING 24HRS! THE ADDRESS IS CLEAR STATING THAT “DELIVER IT DIRECTLY TO THE STATED DEPARTMENT”! bunch of liars!
You should change it to \Delivering Super Slow Solutions and Services Sucks\. I've already waited almost 3 hours then suddenly rescheduling the delivery without a notice or any message from you guys?!!! So irresponsible.
