I have waited for an hour or so to apply for a getgo peso card. Its ok because its my choice, but when its my turn to be served, the lady in the desk don't even know how to log in to her getgo account. Luckily, her officemate logged on for her and then when we are stuck how to edit the gender, she just left me finding out things on my own, she never even helped me out, or gave suggestions on what to do. She goes on doing other things without even caring for a client. How is that for costumer service?

Staff is nice and accommodating and helpful. The guard is friendly too. No long wait for transactions and has chairs for the comforts of their clients.
