Please dont not do a prepaid order from these guys. They dont delivery food nor refund your amount. Their customer care number doesn’t work (literally they did not recharge the number so the incoming is barred), some how managed to get another contact number of theirs, but even that person who takes the call says i will refund it in a minute and never refund. So please make sure you don’t order through these guys. You can actually directly call the restaurant and order.

Great service and great timing and best customer service. Even if the restaurant declines the order or is late; they always solve the problem. They always order it from other place (after suggesting best options available in market) and bear the extra charges. i love foodzoned.

Hopelessly Bad ... There is zero customer service... If u r paying online , you are at their mercy. There is chance you may not get the food & also lose the money. They charge convenience fee at their convenience & this is in addition to the delivery charge. Surprising there is no competition.
Worst website ever. Disgusting UI and food isn't delivered on time. Order isn't even taken down properly.
Been using this service for more than 4 years and it makes life a lot more comfortable. Great customer support too, although I never really needed it (There was a problem on the restaurant's end). There is even lazypay (take orders on credit) support. Fantastic really for student life. Use it once and you'll definitely love it. It does take a while for new restaurants to go online though, but that's not an issue when your mouth's watering.
