They have beautiful products but it’s very frustrating when you try and support local small business and you’re unable to do so. The website clearly says that they’re open 10 to 6 Monday through Sunday. I drove 45 minutes on Wednesday only to find out the place was closed. When I called the number it stated that they’re open in February’s Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday from 10 to 6. Friday morning I called at 10 o’clock no answer. 1030 no answer. 11 o’clock no answer. This went on until 1 PM, calling every 30 minutes. Still no answer and no voicemail left on their machine indicating that they would not be open today at all. Again I’m happy to support local small business but I’ve never worked this hard to give somebody my money. It’s not hard to change your hours on your website. And it’s equally as easy to leave something on your outgoing message that you won’t be open today. If your hours truly aren’t 10 to 6 you need to let customers know so they don’t waste their time going down there for nothing.
