Worst service by their staff, such an useless lady staff, she does not have time to talk or say anything , the shipping person said they will deliver it to my address and when this useless lady called said me to come and pick up my shipment if I wanted it,All they have to say is DTDC does not do deliver to anyone, such an useless company for delivery and all that is ok if they could speak well or talk well all she had to say when I went to pick is if you want your shipment sign and take and leave no need to talk much and she does not have time to pick up my call or she does not want to talk to me , I would have given negative stars if google would have allowed me to but unfortunately there is no option ..... such useless and customer service , I would suggest people not to send ,this is my 2 Nd experience with DTDC COURIER
Doesn't do home delivery of packages. Message received as 'attempted to deliver', but in reality they haven't made any effort. Moreover no prior safety for the packages being sent, as I witnessed most of the packages lying here and there in their office.
Excellent customer service thay behav very genuine.
Unfortunately my Amazon order came thru them and they are asking to come at office. No door delivery.
