Sapian have now completed two web sites for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are great to work with, excellent communicators and deliver a prompt service. I made numerous change to the original brief during the implementation stages and they went out of their way to make them happen. These guys are great. Very professional from the start. As soon as I posted my job on Elance they quickly sent me a 6 page outline of what they could do for me. They understood my requirements and help me hash out what I wanted to do with my site. Technically they could pretty much code whatever you ask them to. They were very easy to work with and did not try and charge or nickel and dime me for little enhancements. They also work with me well after a month my site was launched with no additional fees.
