Do yourself a favor, move somewhere, anywhere else. Basements are full of mold and when trying to ask the management team to help mitigate the problem, they never respond. Walls are paper thin... you can hear a fly fart two units over. Parking is a complete fiasco. Re yxling and garbage area should be banned as a hazardous waste site. Quite simply this is the worst place you can shoes to live in CNY.

Definitely not a great place for families. Cars are routinely speeding around the play area, kids intentionally run in and out of traffic as a game, all while unsupervised. Sanitation leaves much to be desired. Mouse feces all over under the stove top when we moved in. Dog feces all over the yard. Strong odor of marijuana and cigarette smoke to the point where we couldn't have guests. Fixtures are very outdated, 1960s. Our light fixture was broken the two years we were here, never came to fix it. Parking is quite bad, especially when some residents routinely double and triple park a single car without any action to prevent it. You WILL get plowed in during winter, and sidewalk snow removal is hit and miss. Sound issues are constant, between multiple couples physically fighting in and outside their homes, children screaming until 9-11 at night daily in warmer months, and people sitting in their cars blasting music at 1am. Management will hold you to your end of the contract yet constantly fail to uphold their end. Only reason we didn't bring them to court for several contract violations is that it wasn't worth the lawyer fees. At over 800, it's overpriced and not worth the headache. We were willing to pay double our rent just to get out of here so we could finally sleep and breath something other than gross fumes from our neighbors.
DON'T MOVE HERE! I've lived here almost 3 years and it has been the worst experience ever. Horrible draft around windows, ac unit and sliding glass door. They raise the rent 25 every year! The past 6 months I've had to call every week because of flooding in my basement and still nothing had done, can't wait to move in ten days.
Before I signed the lease here I had read some very negative reviews for Town House East. It made slightly uneasy... But being in an excellent location, and being very decent apartments, I signed the lease. I've lived here for almost 3 years now, and I LOVE it. I'm sure that there are people who have something to complain about, but honestly (for me) there is nothing major. I know everyone may have a different experience than I, but as for me and my roomie, we love it. Sure, the dumpsters can get a little out of hand, but maintenance always cleans it up. Maintenance is always quick to respond and does the job right. Most of the office people are friendly, and easy to talk to. Its a great place for kids and adults. I would recommend Town House East to anyone.
Honestly doesnt even deserve one star. This is a terrible place to live. They never fix problems even if you call 100 times about it. Especially if it’s a plumbing or electrical problem. Horrible loud neighbors all around, thin walls make it so much better! Just a nightmare to live in. Look elsewhere!
