Always a great service with Ernest. Very polite friendly and professional. Would recommend to everyone who wants to take good care of their eyes. This guy really knows his stuff, a real asset to Manningtree.
Excellent service for my Aunt. Both the optician and receptionist were very friendly and professional.
After examining my eyes and testing them using the usual visual letters and numbers on the chart. I was advised to buy same strength contact lenses, but to switch over to dailies. I did that on the opticians advice, I cannot see properly with the lenses at the strength recommended. Now telling me he didn't test my eyes but reviewed them . Then had an attitude with me when I questioned him about it. I paid 40 for a so called review and now have a box of lenses that I cannot use . AVOID !!!!!!!!!!
The opticianist Ernest was nice and professional. Unfortunately the prices were ridiculously expensive. The receptionist was strict and seemed to have an attitude. Went back to change frame but was always directed to really expensive pairs.. very cheeky. Won't be going back again. I'll change to specsavers. Such a shame. :(
