Superb location cafe toilets on site also angling shop on site plenty of pools and decent size carp I have had a 26lb lump out so would definitely recommend

Fished the river. Pretty hard going tbh, caught only small dace and chub.

A great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Theres plenty of fishing lakes and river . Great for Golfers and walkers down to the river. Plenty of public foot paths nearby. In the village two pubs and Spar shop. A farm shop with cafe and a cafe and takeaway in by fishing lakes.

Just spent a week in one of their caravans. We stayed with our dogs in a pet friendly caravan which was very clean and comfortable, the site was well kept and tidy.The owners were very friendly and helpful. The fishing was excellent on the lakes but the river was carrying extra water ,we will definitely be returning only wished we'd have booked for two weeks.
