The receptionists here are so uptight, stuck-up... Constantly talking in a condescending tone and putting in no initiative to make things easier for the customer, who may not know everything that they do. Learn some customer service skills, for Christ's sakes. No friendly greeting, no patience.

I have been here many times because of convenience, its close to where I live. Each time I went I said never again. I now travel 25 minutes to get to a better doctor. DO NOT GO HERE. The receptionists are rude and the doctor's think they are gods savior to humanity. I cannot believe the attitude and arrogance of these guys. You try and make small talk, don't bother. This clinics main goal is to see as many patients as possible to make more money. My daughter ended up in the intensive care unit, partly because this clinic was not listening when we told them that a 2 year old should not be getting fevers every week. Their fix was always "here take some antibiotics and come back if it persists". After three rounds of antibiotcs back to back they still didn't offer a refferal to go to a hospital. If they had taken some time to actually go into detail about why and what was happening instead of always looking to get people in and out maybe things would have turned out differently. If you want competent GP's don't go here.

This is the worst clinic i have ever been to in my life. you are treated with such contempt! . There is no iota of concern make you wait you wait half an hour after you are there early for your appt that you booked then do not even address your issue just want you to get out of the door. I have been going cos it is closest place but that is no longer a good enough reason. there is a reason it is 2* it should be lower than that

To being with, the receptionist who served us was so slow and had to repeat our personal information so many times, which was so frustrating. I took my mom to this clinic for checkup and to get a prescription for her current medication. As she does not have medicare card we had to pay clinic fee, which is ok. The doctor we spoke with, I requested him to give us repeat prescriptions so that each time the medication finishes we don't have to pay expensive clinic fees. But he want us to come back again to his clinic which is why he did not write any more prescription than one upon requesting 3 times. He kept saying to come back even when I told him about not having a medicare card and that we have to pay everytime we visit the clinic just to get them prescription written up. I understand they want patients to come back to their clinic but they should really focus on their patients need first than expanding their business? Never going back to this clinic again.

I've been here a few times. Every single time, they have been rude and unhelpful. The first time, I handed the doctor my empty prescription box and told her I needed a refill. She wrote me a prescription for blood thinners by accident instead of my regular medication which is NOT for that. Had I not noticed, I would have been unmedicated for what I needed, and on unnecessary blood thinners. I went back immediately and they scolded me for leaving the clinic with the wrong prescription like it was my fault. A different time, they refused to fax my refill prescription to a pharmacist because - despite only taking phone consultations due to the global pandemic - they require you to physically come in to collect the prescription. Not a single time have they ever resembled polite about any of my issues. Absolute nightmare of a clinic.

My 2 children & I have been attending this medical centre for approx 12-13yrs. Over the yrs I must say the Drs, Staff have been very welcoming & friendly, offering a real family vibe to my children & I, which always makes our visits comforting even at our most stressful times. They have always seen to both my children's & my needs in a very timely manner. My children refuse to go to any other medical centre. Our go to Family Dr has always been & still is Dr Dade. He's an extremely supportive, professional, comforting, compassionate Dr & has done so much to assure my children & I always receive the medical attention required everytime.

I liked this Doctors for my son but when I made an appointment (had to be Telehealth phone call due to the corona) for myself I got the phone call and when I said the hospital had told me to see the GP about getting liver blood tests done you would think it would be an easy task tell the DR what I was told get a scrip for the blood tests get the blood tests done Get the results no I was told on the phone call that I would get a call back she sounded busy... no call back and when checking my gov Medicare I was charged for this phone call That resulted in me having to book with another doctor... so I’m taking it further....
