Worst mani/pedi I've ever had. 3 hours and 125 & I ended up having to redo it myself as I was going out of town the next day. About 30 minutes after getting home I noticed the polish peeled off and the soles of my feet are shredded because of whatever tool she used. Going forward I'll stick to my regular strip mall nail salon.

I am extremely pleased! I took a picture of what color I wanted, and Mikaela matched it on point! She was fast and did an amazing job! I would recommend her to anyone. I get my eyelashes done by Renae and she is literally the best ever. She makes sure the quality of her lashes look and feel amazing!! Not only is her work beautiful she’s also one of the nicest and friendliest people ever. I was so nervous to get my lashes done for the first time and she made me feel so comfortable and like we’ve been friends and not people we just met. If you’re thinking about getting lashes do it!!! She’s amazing!!
First Visit: Fixed my COVID Head, was worth it, cost about 60 (including the tip). Second visit: Wanted an ombre, got a balayage instead with a money piece, paid 176.00 20 tip would have been ok, but I ended up with brassy hair. Third visit: Asked for a corrected toner, even after supervisor consultation, toner wasn't removed and then corrected, just put a new toner on top. 20 in tip. Just canceled Fourth trip: Beautician, even though she had learned from previous mistake, referred me to another stylist for color, in the same salon, which I would have to pay for again. New person could put me through the same cost, for the same result. Solution to problem...........won't be coming back cost is 0.
My appointment was with Hazel, who was amazing! She spent about 4 hours on my hair, she took her time, and never seemed rushed. We began the appointment with a consultation and she listened to what I wanted!! The overall experience was by far the best I’ve ever had. I love my bayalage! My total withOUT tip for hand painted bayalage/toning, cut, blow dry and styling was 279! I have another appointment with her in 8 weeks to go even lighter. I am very happy!
