apointment booked easily, however they has issues with 3 out of 4 machines they use to do pre eye checks. the actual test was fine. the last process of ordering glasses they messed up with my works eye voucher and said they world ring the company who issues the voucher to get things sorted its now friday and still not heard anything. i then phoned still don't know whats happening with them.
They are very nice, but I am definetly very confused after last visit. 1st optician ordered ordered new brand of contact lenses for me because they felt more comfortable. 2nd optician said they accidently ordered wrong axis, (I have astigmatism) So they ordered right axis. 3rd optician gave me my new contact lenses with right axis, but they accidently ordered wrong brand. 4th optician said previous axis was actually better. Plus on my forth visit they snapped my glasses.
Went for eye test. All went ok chose new glasses a week later I went back for fitting they broke the frame while trying to adjust them then chipped the lense .Luckily they were still usable and they offered a replacement pair . So off I went with my new specs. Soon became apparent I was having difficulty reading texts and other small print so went back the next day they arranged a re test Went for retest and was told my new specs were fine after a mildly heated discussion about the fact I could read fine with my old specs but not my new ones optician revealed I was wearing bi foculs (my old specs) and my new ones were single vision . He couldn't understand how the first optician I saw didn't spot I was wearing bi foculs (I didn't even know that been ten years since my last test). So finally I'm now getting a new set of bi focuks . Lotta messing about \u003c10 in parking . Only because I get 30% off or I wouldn't go back
