Case was resolved months ago. Unable to obtain an invoice from them despite calling more than 50 times. Tried to make a complaint and havent been able to do that. I'm going to have to go to the solicitors regulation authority. Not a happy customer in the slightest

Had to constantly chase for someone to call me back ref a case they were already handling for me, when I did finally get in to see someone they had no details about it so had to go trough it all again. Finally went to court at beginning of Feb 2020 only for no one to turn up and reprisent me, when I dcalled the office from court they had totally forgotten about it. Absolutely rubbish service.. I definitely don't recommend using these people.

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I instructed Robert Greensmith to further undertake a matter because I preferred not to resolve it personally, and he did more or less nothing at all with regards to my instructions. I ended up resolving the problem myself because of his complete negligence on the matter. His bill for being inefficient and ineffective came in at a tidy 360. I requested - and was refused - access to 'my file' numerous times, because I wanted to see what work had been undertaken, but Elliot Mather insisted repeatedly that this information could not be released to me prior to the full payment being made. It transpired that the file actually consisted of 2 x incoming telephone calls and 1 x incoming letter - nothing outbound at all. Elliot Mather also like to threaten court action, leaving you with no other option but to speak with other legal professionals; and the circle of solicitor cost madness begins. Be very wary of this firm, or you will likely find you get trapped between a rock and a hard place!
