I have been having regular Reformer Pilates sessions with Helen for a few months and they are excellent. Helen is an outstanding instructor.. With her guidance I am strengthening my core muscles around the abdomen and lower back. It's a pity the corona virus lockdown has interrupted the sessions. I look forward to resuming the sessions in December.
