Great staff, helpful, kind! Worth more than 5 Stars! To whom it may concern: My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas which I asked for so I could continue my skin care. Due to Covid concerns and because I am 65 my PCP doctor said I couldn't do the SPA services. I read on the back of the gift card "good for services and products". On 03/12/2021 I went to the Hand and Stone in Arlington, TX on Matlock and the manager would not let me use the card for products. I was really sad. She just refused to work with me. We have spent good money there . The company took our money easily but then put restrictions that are not noted on the card. I felt robbed. The next day 03/13/2021 I went to a different Hand and Stone in Mansfield, TX Debbie Ln. The staff was so wonderful they accepted the card for products even helped me with selection for my skin. I like to acknowledge and thank people . Thank you Mansfield,TX. The ARLINGTON, TX Hand and Stone please be kinder. I felt very small.

Ms. Kiki Carr is a great esthetician, she is very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my facial. I also decided to become a member as I was previously. The only things that bothers me is that the member price use to be 49.99 and now it’s 59.99 which still isn’t too bad but they could have kept the member price at 49.99 to be in competition with other spas that charge more? Otherwise I like Hand & Stone. Massages are always so nice and relaxing!

The location is very clean and easy to get to. For the most part I've had great massages. My issue is when I terminated, they told me I had 90 days to use the 4 massages I had left in my package. When I went to book my massages, they were gone. When I tried to call, there was no answer. What a way to do business!

I booked massage/ facial and a facial and a few hours before my appointment I received a call saying that someone had called out. I asked because I couldn’t get both services could I reschedule, and was told I would be charged even though it was a issue on their part. I will never go back here... horrible customer service!

Great place. Wonderful staff. I had men's facial with peppermint head massage with Jeanie. Great hands. Never had a scalp massage that exceeded my expectations.

First time here and getting a massage had a young lady by the name of Heather!!! She was very nice, respectful and gave me an amazing massage. I was so relaxed afterwards. Definitely going back and I would recommend it 100%

super nice place, I'm not from a very nice side of Dallas so I get a bit nervous in nice places because people aren't all that nice. one girl was super sweet the rest of the people there were exactly what I expected. as for the actual massage it was great! very professional and great all the way around!

CALL BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO ASK ABOUT CONSTRUCTION NOISE. Bebe is excellent, I recommend her a thousand times over. Unfortunately there was construction happening next door that I was not warned about prior to my visit, I would have worn headphones or ear plugs or something. They tried to cover it with the music being louder than normal but you can't really block that out unless you actually put up sound proofing or something. It's hard to fully ruin an experience when your LMT is very talented, so I will admit it was a major annoyance but not enough for me to leave early.
