The people here are super awesome and incredibly helpful!! The two times I have been to Jos. A. Bank, they have bent over backwards to be helpful and attentive. Just an excellent shopping experience all around and a great selection of men's clothing.

Would give a 0 if possible. Bought a suit the end of August only wore it once. I did not spill anything on it. Went to get it dry cleaned and the entire suit smelled horrible. You would have thought someone rolled my entire suit in throw up. My dry cleaner let me know she had issues with jos a banks suits smelling like this before because they use K-4 and heated hydro cleaner when the tailors they use clean the suits before sending them out. When I took my suit back to the store I was informed they could only mail me a check and not give me my refund. There. I also got a very rude remark from an employee I wasn’t dealing with letting me know I was wrong about why my suit smelled like he was with me when I wore it ONE time. Bought the suit for a wedding and a funeral. Could not even wear it a second time because of the awful smell. I called the corporate office where they let me know they couldn’t help me other than a refund and when I spoke with them saying I need someone with more authority who could make the decision to give me a refund and a new suit for free because I wasn’t paying for a new suit not knowing if another suit would smell like vomit after wearing one. The gentleman I was with said he is allowed to make the decision but was choosing not to. Over all rude remarks from Mansfield instore employee and awful customer service from the corporate office. After looking at other comments on here I wish I checked the comments before buying at jos a banks. Other people’s comments would have saved me all this time. After going up as high as I could with corporate Terrance was able to finally help me and was great.

Rented a tux for prom, dress shirt came incredibly wrinkled like it had never been pressed. Have rented many tuxes and never had a problem but it was like the shirt was rolled up in a ball and then hung up. Service was ok but felt rushed through the pickup process. In the past they’ve had me try it on at everything other store but here they just brought it up and hurried me through payment and out the door. The stuff fit good but between the service and inconvenience, would rather just rent somewhere else.

This was the 1st time in a Bank's store. Max professionally met my wife and I. He took time to listen to our needs. My wife can be tough, fair and funny. Max read her well. He went with the flow finding me just the right suit while we all had a few laughs.

Needed a new suit in a hurry. Salesman greeted me right away, explained what I needed. He picked out a coat and trousers that fitted me. Plus he recommended a dress shirt and tie that appealed to me. Less than an hour later I walked out a happy camper.

Rented 2 tuxes for 2 proms. First one pants were absurdly long and baggy when I specifically requested slim. Manager gave me a hissy fit after I asked if he could hem them. Ended up getting new pants

The crew over here will do nothing less than take care of the customer. Witnessing it first hand, they make decisions based on principle, have fun the whole time, and never over promise. Highly recommend.
