I stayed with a friend while she was in town. Had a great experience. Staff was fantastic. Made you feel right at home. Told us all the great things they had to offer the young man that helped us was in training and doing an amazing job. I wouldnt have know that he was training, he looked like he been doing the job for a while. I would recommend this place for sure. Go and stay here and check it out yourself, you wont regret it.

Clean, and beautifully decorated. Staff is pleasant. Disapointed the pool was closed especially since chlorinated pools are very safe

Horrible La Quinta! I have stayed in La Quinta Inn & Suites for many years, and they have all been very nice. This one was an exception. The room was dirty, there were cracks all over the ceiling, the shower wall was dirty looking and cracked, as well as the bathroom door needed to be replaced...and on one of the beds there was a spot on the bed sheets. I needed to iron something, but of course the iron was disgusting. If I had used it, it would have ruined my clothes. They had complimentary breakfast for you to get at the front desk if you wanted, but there was no way I was going to eat anything made in that building.

Our stay was great! They could update their mattresses. The only complaint and it wasn't LaQuinta's fault was another person/s snuck their dog in and they left. The dog continuously BARKED! We reported it to the front desk. The person/s were asked to pay a pet deposit. They refused, so they were asked to leave. Excellent customer service. Oh by the way, the tubs are deep and have a jacuzzi. Heaven!!! Lol!!!

Not sure where to start... reserved a room for two nights due to the winter storm. I had no water due to a busted pipe at my house. First night there the a/c unit sounded like a rattling machine, changed room hot water lasted all but 5 min then ice cold, changed room again then the T.V had glitches didn’t work properly. Roxanna or Roxanne at the front desk was the most unprofessional and so rude, not helpful in ANY way at all, she was ready to leave and couldn’t or wouldn’t help me with canceling my reservation. Gave up and left around midnight. I would never recommend this hotel to ANYONE. What a nightmare. STAY AWAY!!!!!

The room fridge defrosted its huge chunk of ice all over the cabinet it sits in, and the carpeted floor. The evening desk person did not at all appreciate that I reported the problem, and resented having to bring extra towels. So we only stayed 2 nights rather than a week. It's in a nice area and the morning person apologized, so I may try staying there again some time.

I’m giving 3 stars because the room was clean....pool and exercise room was closed. Continental breakfast was a brown bag filled with a muffin, children’s juice, and protein bar. I understand that we are in a pandemic but y’all could at least social distance the tables and have someone working to serve the guest so that nobody has to touch anything. Or at least let people on your website know that y’all ain’t got no food! Oh yah and there is only 1 elevator in the building .. flaw in the design

Easy check in, I can't wear a mask and I wasn't bothered about that which I appreciated. Rooms were clean as usual and needs were comfortable, a/c unit was a little noisy but livable
