Only one other customer 3 staff behind the tills took ages for someone to assist having asked but 2 members of staff were more content talking to each other.

Got there before 8:30am but they opened bang on time. The staff were very clued up with the regs on covid, giving clear instructions on what to do. A one way system operates in the shop with clear notification where to go. I was dealt with straight away by a very friendly staff member who listened to what I was wanting, offering a good selection of choices, due to his great knowledge of products. Although I only wanted one impact socket I decided to buy a kit of varying sizes as the price was lower than I'd expected. This store is extremely well stocked, efficient and employ clued up and friendly staff. Fantastic service thank you.

We were wanting to purchase a power sprayer. We spoke to our local Nottingham store who advised the one we wanted was out of stock but Mansfield had 1. We called the Mansfield store and spoke to Mark who was really helpful. We went by later the same day to pick up the power sprayer. In store, another staff member, Barry was also really helpful with regards to the current covid situation in store and with regards to the power sprayer itself. All around great service from all at Machine Mart. Will definitely use them again in the future.
