Some of the ladies there (in e.r.)are amazing with mental health. I would not see the psychologist, Rachel Meadows. She bails on her clients. And it seems to be when they need her the most.I am not the first. Completely let down. No phonecall to say she wasnt coming. No phonecall in the days after to apologise. Id waited a month to see her. She did more damage to me, than my abusive ex did. I understand now, thanks to rachel, i am not worth the help. Thankyou for hwlping to destroy me rachel.you did a brilliant job.appreciated.

NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR! DISCRACEFUL! My partner had to insert our little girls nasal gastric tube HERSELF as your nurse after 3 attempts couldn't, FYI - My partner has had NO medical training what so ever and only offered to fit the tube herself as your nurse (who also said she can do it) couldn't get the tube in right and was causing a huge amount of distress to our little 9 month old girl and my partner! Surprisingly your nurse accepted the offer???? We called your hospital prior to traveling up your way and was advised fitting a NGT would be no issue and your team was capable. REALLY? Further more my partner said you will be sending a bill out to us! My partner called me in tears crying her eyes out due to your nurses incompetence and having to insert the tube herself, of which she should never have had to do! Any parent/person who cares about their/a child will understand why we are so upset, to have your 9 month old baby screaming her little lungs out is heart breaking enough let alone having to do a basic medical procedure your self on your own child. Shame on you. You will be hearing more about this in the future after we seek professional advice. You will have our details on file as my partner and our 9 month old girl where there today the 29/12/16.

Absolutely disgusted at the negligence my partner suffered. He came in with an agonising full body rash after being sent there by a pharmacist. We waited there for four hours while he shook with pain despite only one other patient being in the waiting room. We were eventually seen by Dennis who proceeded to look at his hands (not the rest of the rash on his body) grab them without asking (causing pain) and dismiss everything said by my partner and myself. He told him this was eczema and to put antiseptic on it and take a steroid (prednisolone) and sent him home. Later that evening he was crying and shaking from pain and now cannot use his hands. I had to remind the doctor of the side affects between the medications my partner was on as he did not even bother to read the notes the nurse had taken. Utterly disgusted.

Has an ambulance, midwife and a surgery theatre. This district hospital means people can receive urgent medical attention without travelling a far distance
