I’ve been going here for a few years now and while my experiences have been good, I’ve finally found the BEST massage therapist and his name is Rey. He really knows his stuff and is great at figuring out what you need, especially for athletes or people who work out often. I highly recommend him and I hope he sticks around at this location for a long time. The front desk staff is also very friendly and attentive. I’ve never had an issue there.

I decided to visit this location, even though it’s farther from me, because of the great reviews I saw online- I was SO right! The Mansfield location is filled with extremely helpful and friendly staff. From the time you walk in to the facility to the time you’re leaving, you are consistently speaking with very kind, professional staff. Not to mention my incredible masseuse, Ms. Shelby. She gave suggestions for me after the first massage in which treatments she recommended, which I have used since. I can very much tell a difference! Ms.Shelby is amazing and wonderful at what she does! And SUPER sweet. I cannot wait for my next appointment with Ms.Shelby at Massage Envy Mansfield!! Thank you!!!

This place is ridiculous. Thought that my appointment was at 12:30 but it was really at 11:00 a very simple mistake but still had to pay a freaking cancellation fee & pay the person who was supposed to give me a massage for 30 minutes of his time. What a rip off. People make mistakes like that all the time. Nobody is perfect but I guess they are. Us older people make mistakes like this every now & then & most places are a lot more understanding but not this place. Made me pay for something that I didn't even get. Never again will I go to this place. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.
