We called Brian to ask about the AquaCal Heat pump for our pool. He quickly answered all my questions about the performance of the product and warranty. We ordered the equipment and scheduled the same day. When the equipment came in he sent out his service tech and, we couldn’t have been happier with whole process. We would highly recommend Pinch-A-Penny for all of our pool needs. The price of the service and equipment was very reasonable. Thank you again for the great service.

Strike 3. NOT recommended for saltwater pools. Stayed loyal to this company from February 2019 to July 10th, 2020. They charged me 184.03 per month totaling 3,148 over the past 17 months. Even during the Covid19 shutdown of businesses I continued to support this small company. I have had to call a few times to get someone to come back and e-clean\ my pool. The turnover of employees might be the problem, I'm not sure. But I had another professional company test my water less than 24 hrs after PinchaPenny's regular visit and there were no traces of chlorine or salt in my pool. This has caused salt cell issues not to mention I have had to pay twice to get my pool cleaned. These pics are from July 10th, ONE day after Pinch A Penny came out for a regular visit. I have asked for a refund for July since I cancelled the first week, and I have not even received an email or a phone call. Nice owner but young very inexperienced pool techs aren't able to perform professional cleaning services. A 15 min visit isn'tpossibly enough time to clean 20k gallon pool. These pictures are proof of it. Got tons more from the previous months. I give up. I'm tired of having to sweep and vacuum my pool immediately after a professional service supposedly did it. The last image is what my pool looked like after sweeping, cleaning and chemicals were added 24hrs later on July 11th by my new pool service company.

The team at Pinch a Penny is extraordinary! They came recommended from a friend. I didn't have a regular service provider at the time. I was hesitant and didn't trust anyone based on bad experiences. My pool was a mess and they handled all my problems I threw at them with easy and solutions! Every individual I have had contact with from the office, service and engineer guys have all been top notch! My pool has never looked better! I highly recommend Pinch a Penny! Thank you!

I was looking for another pool store for supplies. My neighbor recommended Pinch A Penny Pool Patio and Spa. The staff is very friendly and they know pools. They do it all. weekly service, Pool remodels, Leak detection, pool equipment. I am happy to have another option to get supplies.
