I had an extremely painful burn to my right hand and I didn't want to go to the hospital but I knew I needed help. A friend recommended Trusted. I was seen quickly and treated professionally. My nurse, Joe Alvarado, was wonderful and made sure my pain was addressed and my wounds were cleaned and treated. Dr Z (Zeballos) was kind and very thorough. I will not hesitate to use Trusted ER again. It's so nice knowing they're there if I need them.

Best ER experience I've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Crabb was amazing. He was understanding, very good at making me feel comfortable, and was able to answer all my questions following my visit. They even gave me a throw blanket when I left. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be going back if me or anyone in my family needs an ER.

Excellent service, facility, processes & efficiency. I was in need of ER medical care and didn’t want to go to a busy, large hospital with long waits where my husband would have to sit outside and I would have to be treated alone, especially in the discomfort I was in and during the pandemic we are currently in. This facility is a boutique style ER, hospital that is very professional yet warm and friendly (and beautiful)with excellent treatment processes. The nurse, assistant and doctor were excellent and well trained and experienced. Upon discharge, I was given a folder with in-depth information about the findings of my tests, a disc of my scan for my doctor and my records and prescriptions, in a nice folder. I’m very impressed and I feel much better. If I’m ever in need of ER care again, I would most definitely go there.

I was there for a COVID test being paid for by a 3rd party. Everyone was very nice, but when she ran the CCfrom my employer, it asked for a code. She was not aware of what to do and called her boss. The appointment was at 8, her boss did not answer, she said the boss would be in later. I paid on my CC, and will be reimbursed. I am not always at my office, but I am available during the hours that office is open. Just unprofessional, especially for a 250 test, Everyone at the clinic was top notch, just no support from those “in charge”

I was in an accident on 12/09/19 the day before my last day on a contract job. I was in a great mood, listening to my gospel and drinking my coffee on the way to work and a guy rear ended me. I was in total disbelief! Long story short, dealing with his insurance company State Farm has been a joke! I started having pain and discomfort on 12/16/19 a day before my birthday but last night on 12/20/19 the pain was unbearable. I called Thompson Law Firm and they recommended Trusted Medical Centers. I was emotional but Marisa at the front desk was pleasant and gave me a big huge, then Cathy (nurse) and Roshan (director of Radiology) both came out to escort me to the exam room. As I was talking Breyon (housekeeping) wished me a happy belated birthday. Dr. Francis was very kind and informative in her care of me and Roshan was very courteous taking my X-rays. Cathy made sure I was comfortable before and after my shot. They all walked me out to the lobby where Roshan had literally rolled out the red carpet for me and videoed it. I was in tears when I got there and so happy and laughing when I left. YOU GUYS ROCK!!
