This place was great.clean covid guidelines on spot. Service was great.breakfast buffets were good.But redundant day after day.pool was nice and neds were comfy

Blessed with a wonderful location with straight view to the ocean, this hotel is big, comfortable, beautifully decorated with modern touch. However, service is quite poor, which is really bad for an expensive accommodation. Staff was slow, you could find the box of used coffee from last user, pool was full despite restrictions which is unsafe, and so was the restaurant where they serve breakfast. They have two restaurants for that matter, but they kindly suggest you stick to the one everyone goes.

If you like to enjoy the sea, the weather in a quiet environment this is definitely not the place. They put loud reggaeton music from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. or later. There is no place where you can read a book or concentrate doing something you like because of the music.

This is one of the premier hotels in Manta. The rooms come with breakfast. However, book this directly with the hotel and not through third parties.

All guests that stay at this hotel should know that the owners do not treat their employees well. They do not pay them sometimes for months and take advantage of them. This is a sweat shop hotel disguising as five star. If you want to help the owners of this hotel continue their sweatshop tactics then stay here if not go to the Oro Verde for a much nicer experience. The employees have not been paid in 2 months now and this is done to them all the time.

Although the rooms were slightly dated the hotel was extremely well kept The staff was 5 star The food was excellent at hotel as well. I will definitely return The location was great as well.
