After making my husband jump through hoops and literally promise that he had a preapproved amount he could loan, the lady then tells him that his father doesn't make enough to guarantor the loan. His father makes 50k a year. My husband makes over 50k. Admit it, you didn't give the loan because my husbands father is 70 years old, even with his million dollar property and perfect health. PATHETIC waste of time. Don't use asset!!
